The Clinical Services Manager provides strategic and operational leadership across Beacon OHSS’s Occupational Health, Drug & Alcohol, and Administrative Services teams.
This role is responsible for ensuring consistent, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery across all Alaska clinic locations. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Services Manager serves as the primary operational lead, aligning day‑to‑day activities with organizational objectives, quality standards, and client expectations.
This position requires strong leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and collaboration. The Clinical Services Manager partners closely with cross‑functional teams, including Medical, HR, Finance, and IT, to streamline processes, drive performance improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
This is a full‑time in‑person role based out of our Anchorage location. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The person who holds this position will be required to not only work within a team, but is responsible for establishing and nurturing a team environment that facilitates smooth project delivery. The ability to solve problems and make concise and informed decisions is essential. A collaborative and confident personality will assist in facilitating your ability to interact with all key personnel thereby ensuring the effective delivery of contract requirements.
