Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work closely with providers to assist in delivering world class care to patients.
• Room patients and prepares the patient for the provider visit.
• Take vital signs as necessary and record in EMR.
• Record patient history, chief complaint, pharmacy information and meds into EMR.
• Register patients in EMR and verify demographics and insurance details.
• Schedule appointments and testing per physician directions.
• Perform pre-visit planning and triage calls as needed.
