Job summary

HopeTree Family Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to support staff, coordinate admissions, and provide case management and weekly psychotherapy for residents and outpatient clients, while upholding HopeTree’s values and professional standards.

Under the Director's guidance, the role includes training staff, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with leadership to review referrals and ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a Human Services related field is required.
• LMHP or LMHP-E status required or eligible.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with at risk youth.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides weekly psychotherapy (individual and/or group) and case coordination with residents and/or outpatient clients, documenting case notes weekly.
• Coordinates admissions/intakes and schedules program appointments.
• Partners with leadership to review referrals for admission and ensure program operations run smoothly.
• Maintains professional boundaries and complies with applicable policies.
• Participates in training staff and providing guidance to improve service delivery.
