Job summary

The role involves facilitating groups, assisting with biopsychosocial assessments, safety plans, and treatment plans, while maintaining timely documentation and effective communication with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or current enrollment in a master's program in a mental health field.
• Experience facilitating groups and working in residential settings is preferred.
• Familiarity with CBT, relapse prevention, and evidence-based approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead therapeutic, psychoeducational, and process groups.
• Assist with clinical documentation, treatment planning, and progress monitoring.
• Provide coverage for therapists and overflow caseloads to ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, nursing staff, and other clinicians.
• Address AMA risks and communicate changes in client presentation to the team.
