New England Life Care currently has an opening for a Clinical Liaison Teach Nurses at Brigham and Women's Hospital (BWH). This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position. You are eligible for quarterly commissions after your initial training period, and there is a generous differential if you must work any weekend shifts.
Summary: The Clinical Liaison Teach Nurse provides clinical assessment of patients referred to NELC by the member hospitals for home infusion therapy to determine their capabilities to safely receive services at home with NELC. They are also responsible for relationship building with hospital staff for quality coordination of care between hospital and home.
