Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital, part of Select Medical, seeks a Clinical Liaison (RN/RT) in Phoenix, AZ. You will advocate for referred patients through pre-admission assessments and coordinate care plans with clinicians and families.

This full-time role offers a base salary of $75,000–$95,000 plus uncapped monthly bonus incentives, comprehensive onboarding, and a robust benefits package including PTO and health coverage.

Qualifications

• RN or RT license required.
• Ability to perform clinical assessments of medically complex patients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, discharge planners and families to plan post-ICU care.
• Conduct clinical assessments of referred patients and counsel families.
• Coordinate pre-admission and transfer processes by removing payer and operational barriers.
