Houston Medical Center - AMG Specialty Hospital is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN/RT/LPN) to bridge patients to AMG's specialized hospital-level care. The role blends clinical insight with relationship-building and requires daily travel across Houston-area hospitals.

You will educate physicians and care teams, develop referral partnerships, and advocate for appropriate admissions within your assigned territory to grow referrals and census.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure as RN, RT, or LPN.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused full-time ClinicalLiaison who is a Registered Nurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT) or LicensedPractical Nurse (LPN).

This role combines clinical expertise, relationship development, andpatient advocacy. The Clinical Liaison helps appropriate patients transition toAMG for continued specialized hospital-level care.

The position primarily covers Houston area hospitals and requiresdaily travel to hospitals, referral sources, meetings, and prospective referralpartners.

What You'll Bring

• Active licensure as a RegisteredNurse (RN), Respiratory Therapist (RT) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Previous hands-on clinicalexperience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence interacting with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Ability to evaluate medically complex patients
• A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
• Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory each day
