Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Liaison for the South Ogden, Utah area. The role covers Weber/Davis and Salt Lake City regions, with travels to Idaho 2–3 times monthly.
The position supports Northern Utah Rehabilitation Hospital’s strategic growth by evaluating admissions and presenting rehabilitation benefits to referral sources. You will promote hospital programs, coordinate marketing calls, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure patient access.
Clinical Liaison - Full Time - South Ogden, Utah
*This position will cover Weber/Davis and Salt Lake City. The Clinical Liaison for this role will also travel to Idaho at least 2 or 3 times a month.
Northern Utah Rehabilitation Hospital in South Ogden, Utah provides specialized inpatient rehabilitation for patients in Ogden, Weber County, and surrounding areas of northern Utah.
Our hospital is dedicated to guiding individuals through recovery from strokes, brain and spinal cord injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other complex medical conditions that require intensive therapy.

As a liaison, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and determining if they meet the admissions criteria in addition to preparing strategic development plans, conducting marketing calls, and presenting the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.
