Central Park Rehabilitation Hospital of Denver (Denver, CO)

is a 40-bed, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility located in the Denver metropolitan area. The hospital specializes in comprehensive, interdisciplinary care for patients recovering from stroke, neurological conditions, orthopedic injuries, and other complex medical needs requiring intensive therapy. As a liaison, you will be responsible for evaluating patients and determining if they meet the admissions criteria in additional to preparing strategic development plans, conducting marketing calls, and presenting the benefits of rehabilitation to potential referral sources.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
• Current, valid, and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist)).

• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc., that impact overall hospital operations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for evaluating patients and determining if s/he meets admissions criteria. Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
