Job summary

Select Specialty Hospitals in the Akron/Canton area seeks a Clinical Liaison (RN or RRT) to guide patients to our critical illness recovery hospitals. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000, with uncapped monthly bonus incentives and a Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM schedule.

In this role you will advocate for referred patients, collaborate with clinical teams, coordinate care plans with physicians and families, and facilitate transfers to post-acute care settings while building relationships with

Qualifications

• Current and valid license as RN or Respiratory Therapist; multi-state licensure may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and educate referral sources in acute rehab services.
• Develop relationships with case managers, physicians and clinicians.
• Coordinate patient transfers and pre-admission assessments.
• Advise patients and families on rehabilitation options and benefits.
• Support marketing and education programs in assigned hospitals.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to expand referral networks.
