Job summary

Select Medical is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN or RT/RRT) to advocate for referred patients during pre-admission, collaborating with clinical teams to assess needs and coordinate care. This full-time role offers an annual salary range of $70,000–$95,000 with uncapped monthly bonus potential.

Responsibilities include working with physicians, discharge planners, and families to ensure optimal post-ICU care, addressing barriers to access, and facilitating transfers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT) License.
• Ability to complete clinical assessments of medically complex patients.

Responsibilities

• Plan the continuum of care after ICU or post-surgical stay with physicians, discharge planners, and families.
• Counsel patients' families to assist in making the best care decisions.
• Coordinate pre-admission and transfer processes by removing payer-related and operational barriers.
