Clinical Liaison RN

NeuLife Rehabilitation of Florida is seeking a dynamic and clinically skilled Nurse Clinical Liaison to join our growing team. This vital role is focused on generating patient referrals and coordinating admissions to our state-of-the-art post-acute rehabilitation facility. If you're an RN or LPN with a passion for patient care, business development, and healthcare marketing, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Liaison is primarily responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing referrals that lead to patient admissions. This is a field-based role (90% outside the facility) that combines clinical expertise with business development, marketing, and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will confidently represent NeuLife in the community, conduct patient assessments, and accurately match clinical needs with the facility's rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage patient referrals resulting in admissions.

  • Conduct thorough clinical evaluations and assessments to determine patient eligibility.

  • Accurately assess patient needs and match them to NeuLife's rehabilitation programs and services.

  • Represent the facility in daily interactions with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and healthcare professionals.

  • Conduct external business development, sales, and marketing activities to promote NeuLife services.

  • Attend and represent NeuLife at industry events, conferences, and seminars.

  • Understand healthcare operations, legal guidelines, and compliance requirements.

  • Perform competitive analysis and track market trends to inform strategic outreach.

Qualifications:
  • Licensure: RN or LPN (Required)

  • Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in patient assessment.

    • At least 1 year of experience as a clinical liaison or proven success in healthcare sales.

  • Knowledge of:

    • Post-acute healthcare settings including Acute Hospitals, IRFs, SNFs, LTACHs, and ALFs.

    • Local healthcare networks and referral sources.
