Job summary

DASCO HME LLC is hiring a Healthcare Professional (CRT RRT, LPN or RN) to educate patients and families on home respiratory equipment and care. The role includes pap and NIV setups, and travel to patient homes and clinics in the Metro Boston area.

The position requires licensure as a respiratory therapist or nurse and at least six months of clinical experience. Split time between home visits and the branch office with a supportive team and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Professional licensure or certification such as CRT, RRT, LPN or RN.
• Six months’ experience in a clinical services role.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients/family/caregivers via phone, Telehealth, home and hospital visits as needed.
• Completes PAP and NIV setups and home visits; participates in on-call as needed.
• Creates and oversees care plans; communicates with physicians and other clinicians to resolve issues.
• Maintains knowledge of DASCO equipment; supports equipment maintenance and clinical outcomes operations.
• Explains insurance benefits and patient costs; ensures HIPAA compliance and regulatory standards.
