Job summary

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - East in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN, OT, PT, or SLP) to advocate for referred patients and coordinate care with clinicians and families. The role includes a base salary in the $75k–$95k range plus uncapped monthly bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekend coverage.

Ideal candidates hold state licensure in RN/PT/OT/SLP, have healthcare sales or liaison experience, and excel at relationship building, communication, and managing

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as RN/PT/OT/SLP.
• Experience in clinical liaison roles or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Proven ability to build relationships with clinicians, physicians and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop target lists of hospital contacts and decision makers; educate referral sources on rehabilitation services.
• Demonstrate strong account retention and customer satisfaction.
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation options and program benefits.
