• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage.
• Copy of TB results and updated physical.

The RN Clinical Liaison is the face of Crossroads Hospice within the community. The self-motivated nurse initiates, builds, and maintains relationships with organizations, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Being a hospice registered nurse goes beyond administering medical care; it's about exceeding expectations to honor their wishes and ensure they experience dignity and comfort. Clinical Liaison, Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• 1+years of prior Registered Nursing experience in a setting with exposure to end-of-life patients.
• An active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care
