Job summary

Kindred Hospital Riverside is seeking a healthcare sales professional to drive referrals and admissions across assigned hospital accounts. You will engage with decision-makers, present our LTACH services, and manage the outreach activities from the field.

Daily travel is expected; educate clinicians and families about benefits, coordinate with nursing and admin teams, and uphold Kindred standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and LTACH payers.
• Two years healthcare sales or clinical experience required.
• Formal sales training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and expand referral sources through personal contacts and educational presentations.
• Meet monthly goals for assigned hospitals and expand referral network.
• Manage admissions process and act as ambassador for patients meeting criteria.
