Job summary

Redbanks is seeking a full-time Clinical Liaison Nurse to join our Henderson, KY team. The role identifies and manages lead sources, conducts on-site clinical assessments, and coordinates admission processes.

You will work with the admissions/marketing coordinator to ensure admissions flow smoothly from referral to admission. Licensed RN preferred with a minimum of three years clinical experience and two years in long-term care, plus customer service or sales/marketing experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN preferred.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Two years in long-term care with customer service/sales/marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives leads from providers, facilities, or any customer source, and converts appropriate leads to drive census.
• Manages and coordinates leads from key hospitals in the market.
• Clinically assesses patients to determine admission eligibility.
• Facilitates the patient transfer/admission process from referral to admission.
• Defines questions and answers to assist lead/family inquiries as Redbanks representative.
• Facilitates patient placement based on clinical services, bed availability, and geographic considerations.
