Redbanks is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Henderson, KY team. You will provide high-quality nursing care, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active KY RN license, an ASN or BSN, and demonstrates strong communication and teamwork. BLS is required, ACLS preferred, with benefits including a sign-on bonus and401K options.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in Kentucky.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
• Previous clinical experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health conditions and vital signs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and changes in patient condition.
