Job summary

AMG Specialty Hospital- Central Indiana Hancock Campus is seeking a Clinical Liaison (RN, LPN or RT) to collaborate with clinicians and administration to grow hospital census. The role involves evaluating patients, educating the medical community, and regular travel to referral sources in Greenfield, IN.

Candidates should have an RN/LPN/RT background with LTACH exposure, and hold a valid Indiana driver's license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree
• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Respiratory Therapist (RT) for LTACH preferred
• One–two years related experience or training; or equivalent
• Valid Indiana state driver's license
• BLS Certification
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
• Must articulate complex information and explain it clearly

Responsibilities

• Evaluate the patient and educate the medical community
• Drive daily to and from meetings, referral sources and potential referrals
• Collaborate with Clinical/Liaison teams, Administrators and the Corporate Team to increase census

AMGSpecialtyHospital -Hancock Campus seeks aClinical Liaison (RN, LPN or RT) to work with other Clinical/Community Liaisons, Administrators,Admission Coordinators, and the Corporate Team to help consistently increasepatient census in the hospital. The average census of the hospital provides a"group performance indicator for the CL team" and the Admit-Referral reportprovides a "specific performance indicator for the individual CL." There aretwo basic parts to the CL role: evaluate the patient and educate the medicalcommunity. This position includes driving daily to and from meetings, referral sources and potential referral sources Clinicalexperience is required as a Registered Nurse, RN, Licensed Practical Nurse,LPN, or Respiratory Therapist, RT.
