Clinical Liaison – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Full-time

Methodist Rehabilitation Hospital, operated jointly with Lifepoint Health and the Methodist Health System, seeks a Clinical Liaison to provide exceptional inpatient rehabilitation care. Candidates will help drive appropriate admissions, coordinate intake, and collaborate with external case management and discharge planners to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

How You'll Contribute

• Builds and maintains referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital
• Assists and coordinates intake and pre‑admission screening processes
• Performs on‑site clinical judgment at referring facilities to determine patient admission appropriateness
• Communicates with patients and families about rehabilitation and facility options, and outlines participation expectations
• Secures information related to patients’ resources and benefits
• Serves as the initial contact for external case management and discharge planner personnel with payors and hospital facilities

What We're Looking For

Applicants should hold clinical licensure as an RN, LVN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, SLP, RRT or MSW. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Additional requirements include:

• Previous marketing/sales experience preferred
• Previous clinical experience preferred, with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and EMR systems
