Community Rehabilitation Hospital North, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Clinical Liaison to educate the community on acute rehabilitation and develop census through face-to-face outreach. You will collaborate with physicians, discharge planners, and referral sources to streamline admissions and raise program awareness.
The role requires onsite, in-territory engagement with patients and families, plus delivering in-services and presentations about acute rehab services.
