Job summary

Community Rehabilitation Hospital North, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Clinical Liaison to educate the community on acute rehabilitation and develop census through face-to-face outreach. You will collaborate with physicians, discharge planners, and referral sources to streamline admissions and raise program awareness.

The role requires onsite, in-territory engagement with patients and families, plus delivering in-services and presentations about acute rehab services.

Qualifications

• Clinical licensure required (RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, RRT, LMSW).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in clinical liaison, marketing, or healthcare sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with physicians, nursing staff, discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
• Clinical experience preferred with EMR systems.
• Formal Sales Training preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face connections within the territory to build relationships with referral sources to increase census.
• Identifies barriers to the admission process and creates solutions with the assistance of the program director.

• Completes in-person in-services and presentations to educate on acute rehabilitation programs and services.
• Other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
