Job summary

HopeTree is seeking a TGH Clinical Liaison to provide leadership, training, counseling, and case management for residents and clients in Salem, VA. The role supports admissions coordination, weekly psychotherapy, and program operations under supervision.

Requires a Master’s in a human services field, LMHP/LMHP-E status, and at least three years with at-risk youth. Strong boundaries and crisis response skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a Human Services related field; LMHP or LMHP-E status.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience working with at risk youth.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides weekly psychotherapy (individual and/or group) and case coordination with residents and/or outpatient clients, documenting case notes.
• Coordinates admissions and program scheduling with leadership.
• Advocates for residents, supports crisis intervention, and follows harm reduction and trauma-informed care principles.
• Conducts intakes/admissions for new residents and participates in Treatment Team Meetings.
