HopeTree Family Services in Virginia seeks a Clinical Liaison to support staff and residents, leading training, counseling, and case management, and coordinating admissions and appointments.
The role includes providing weekly psychotherapy to residents and outpatient clients, partnering with leadership, ensuring policy compliance, and contributing to trauma-informed care and harm reduction. Requires LMHP or LMHP-E and a Master’s in a related field.
Summary: The TGH Clinical Liaison will serve as a knowledgeable and supportive resource to all TGH staff while providing quality service delivery to TGH residents and guests. This position involves leadership, training, counseling, and case management services. TGH Clinical Liaison will consistently model and display kindness, dignity, respect, HopeTree’s core values, and professional standards. The Clinical Liaison will assist in coordination of admissions, resident appointments, carry a small case load of outpatient and/or residential clients for weekly psychotherapy, support the daily functioning of TGH, and assist with submission of state required reporting. With the guidance and support of TGH Director, TGH Clinical Liaison may assist with developing and providing training to program staff.
Experience & Education: This position requires a Master’s Degree in a Human Services related field, with Licensed Mental Health Provider (LMHP) or Licensed Mental Health Provider Eligible (LMHP-E) status. Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with at risk youth and must be at least 21 years of age.

Needs to be able to communicate effectively through verbal and written mediums.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts as applicable.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where limited standards may exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Adequate knowledge of Windows processing systems and software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Will need the skills to work with Electronic Health records (as applicable), use HRIS system to for timekeeping, and use of email.
Valid driver’s license, clear DMV record as well as acceptable background record.
