Job summary

Luxor Healthcare in the Kansas City area seeks a Clinical Liaison to build referral relationships and support admissions across our post-acute network. This role emphasizes relationship-building, coordinating patient transitions, and helping families access quality care.

You will collaborate with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners, travel between facilities, and promote a positive image of our services. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of admissions, business development, clinical liaison, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional customer service and phone skills.
• Knowledge of Managed Care processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
• Review referrals and coordinate admissions processes, including assessments, documentation, and authorizations.
• Conduct facility presentations and tours for referral sources and families.
• Communicate resident needs to facility teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Promote a positive image of our facilities within the community.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care processes.
• Travel between facilities and throughout the Kansas City market to support referral development and admissions growth.
