Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Keller is seeking a Clinical Liaison to drive patient admissions and strengthen referrals. In this full-time, day-shift role, you’ll blend clinical insight with sales acumen to advance our rehabilitation services.

The position emphasizes field-based engagement with providers, developing strategies, and building lasting relationships while delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring Lifepoint Health standards are met.

Qualificações

• Clinical licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with clinical assessment and EMR systems.
• Marketing/sales experience preferred.
• Formal sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Initiates one-on-one dialogue with potential referral sources and maintains relationships with current sources.
• Designs and drives sales strategies to increase patient admissions through rehabilitation services.
• Promotes locations to prospective referral sources to aid inpatient admissions/referral process.
• Spends 80%+ time in the field making presentations, assessing patients and building long-term relationships.

How you’ll contribute

A Clinical Liaison Who Excels In This Role

Initiates one on one dialog with potential referral sources and maintains position relationships with current referral sources. Designs, develops, and drives cutting edge sales strategies designed to increase patient admissions that leverage partner's core competence in the area of rehabilitating medically complex patients. Leverages their clinical and sales expertise to promote their locations to prospective referral sources aiding inpatient admissions/referral process. Spends most of their time (80% or more) in the field, making presentations, assessing patients and building those long-term relationships.
