Job summary

Marquis Health Consulting Services is seeking a Clinical Liaison to bridge hospitals, healthcare partners, and our organization. You will support care coordination, referrals, and smooth transitions for patients and residents, upholding our core values of passion, respect, and excellence.

You will travel between facilities, build relationships with medical professionals, and participate in meetings to ensure accurate documentation and timely communications across care settings.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license required; travel between facilities essential.
  • Current RN, LPN, or LSW licensure preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills for interfacing with healthcare professionals and partners.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple care teams in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to support care coordination.
  • Promote the organization’s philosophy, mission, and objectives internally and externally as a representative of our care standards.
  • Attend facility meetings, calls, and in-services to support collaboration and communication across care settings.
  • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions and protect patient information.
  • Maintain accurate referral-tracking logs to support admissions and coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute timely end-of-day reports to department leaders for alignment.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support smooth transitions of care and address resident needs.

Full-time opportunity available. Same Day Pay! $30-$60/hour.
