Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Liaison for our hospital in Billings, MT. The role focuses on evaluating admissions, educating referral partners, and driving growth within a regional territory.

You will collaborate with physicians, case managers, and leadership to ensure timely access to care, while upholding our mission and guiding principles of compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required.
• 3 years healthcare experience preferred (healthcare sales experienced preferred).
• Current, valid and active clinical licensure required (RN, LVN/LPN, Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Respiratory Therapist).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for admission against criteria.
• Prepares development plans, conducts calls, and presents to potential referral sources.
• Educate referral partners on the value of inpatient rehabilitation.
• Collaborates with physicians, case managers, and hospital leadership to ensure timely access to care.

Position overview - As a Clinical Liaison, you are responsible for evaluating patients for admission, educate referral partners on the value of inpatient rehabilitation, and driving growth within an assigned territory. You will collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and hospital leadership to ensure timely access to care while representing our hospital with professionalism, credibility, and accountability.

Required Skills:
