How you'll contribute

As a Clinical Liaison, you will:

• Build and maintain referral relationships to drive appropriate admissions to the hospital.
• Coordinate the intake and pre-admission screening process.
• Perform on-site clinical assessments (typically at referring facilities) to determine a patient's appropriateness for admission.
• Educate patients and their families about inpatient rehabilitation services and available care options.
• Communicate admission expectations and participation requirements to appropriate patients.
• Gather information related to patients' insurance coverage, financial resources, and benefits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external case managers, discharge planners, payors, and referring facilities.
