Job summary

You will serve as the primary liaison among students, faculty, and clinical affiliates to ensure experiences are educationally appropriate, supervised, and aligned with college policies.

The role involves coordinating placements, tracking performance, and supporting accreditation processes, with evening/weekend

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and relevant program experience.
• Experience with clinical education, student supervision, teaching, or coordination of clinical experiences.
• Experience with programmatic accreditation and healthcare education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements, rotations, schedules, and assignments.
• Maintain communication with clinical affiliates, preceptors, supervisors, and faculty.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation for compliance and accreditation.
• Monitor and evaluate student clinical performance, progression, and competencies.
• Evaluate clinical sites to ensure resources, supervision, and diverse learning experiences.
• Participate in program assessment, meetings, and professional development.
