Concierge Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to lead clinically across our growing New England practice. You will deliver quality patient care, mentor new graduates, and help develop specialty programs while maintaining strong relationships with referral sources.

The role emphasizes clinical leadership, education initiatives, community outreach, and professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Minimum 3+ years of outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Interest in mentorship, education, and professional development.
• Specialty certifications or advanced training are welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions.
