Job summary

Northern Children’s Services in Philadelphia is seeking a Licensed Clinical Manager for Intensive Behavioral Health Services to lead and supervise the IBHS team and ensure high-quality, compliant care for children, youth, and families.

Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will coordinate assessments, treatment planning, authorizations, and discharge planning, while promoting a holistic, family-centered approach and trauma-informed practices.

Qualifications

• Clinical leadership and supervision skills
• Knowledge of behavioral health services
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in child welfare
• Team coordination and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Leads, directs, monitors and supervises the IBHS team.
• Ensures services are delivered in accordance with 55 Pa. Code Chapters 1155 and 5240.
• Oversees assessments, written orders, treatment planning, authorization and reauthorization requests.
• Coordinates case management and maintains authorized services.
