Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a clinical or mental health field from an accredited institution.
• Active Pennsylvania license (Psychologist/LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LSW or similar) with scope to supervise IBHS staff.
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduate direct mental health services experience for children/youth.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and coordinate care within the IBHS team.
• Supervise Behavior Consultants, Mobile Therapists and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Ensure services comply with regulatory requirements and agency policies.
• Oversee treatment planning, authorization, and documentation.
