Job summary

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a Clinical Leader to mentor Behavior Specialists, guide in-field coaching, and advance clinical quality. This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and ensuring high standards of ABA practice with children and families.

You will conduct home and community visits, provide parent education aligned with treatment goals, monitor documentation quality, and collaborate with Training and Operations teams to support service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Relevant ABA experience is required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• 2+ years of professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1 year with 12 semester units in applied behavior analysis, or you are a BCBA/BCaBA (#LI-Onsite).

Responsibilities

• Coach and support Behavior Specialists through in-field coaching, feedback, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular home and community visits to ensure fidelity of clinical programming.
• Provide individualized parent education aligned with treatment goals.
• Monitor documentation quality, lesson plans, and service utilization.
• Collaborate with Training and Operations teams.

Education
