Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Lead Therapist to oversee Therapy Services and act as the chief contact for clinical and operational matters at the site(s).

The role includes supervising staff, conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy interventions, and ensuring quality and productivity across the program. Travel between campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy or Master's in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience with adult and geriatric populations.
• Current state license to practice in the specified discipline.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Speech-language path candidates: CCC (or eligible).

Responsibilities

• Lead Therapy Services management and serve as the lead contact for clinical and operational matters at the designated location(s).
• Supervise staff and the daily operations of the therapy program.
• Conduct initial patient assessment and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide appropriate therapeutic interventions and document patient care.
• Support quality management, program development, and productivity improvements.
• Travel between multiple campuses may be required.
