Job summary

Behavioral Health Solutions seeks a Lead Clinical Therapist to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and direct patient care within our LTC/SNF therapy program in a hybrid Kansas/Colorado role. You will guide a team, ensure evidence-based practice, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include active caseloads, care planning, collaboration with psychiatry, and optimizing workflow with administrative staff. A valid KS or CO license and 2+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology required.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in Kansas or Colorado (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical behavioral health experience; leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and direct patient care within geriatric therapy programs.
• Collaborate with psychiatry and care teams to ensure continuity of care and quality.
• Monitor documentation, compliance, and risk management across the team.
• Streamline onboarding, training, and workflow efficiency for therapists.
• Lead team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision.
