Job summary

Daymark Recovery Services in Concord, NC, is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee Tailored Care Management (TCM) Specialty Teams. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with DHHS TCM Manual and Medicaid/Medicare regulations, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality care.

This position reports to the Program Director and collaborates across departments. The role requires a Master’s level licensure (LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT) or RN with at least 3 years in care management, plus strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Master's level licensure in LCSW/LCMHC/LMFT or RN with active credentials.
• At least 3 years of care management or care coordination experience.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and supervision to all members of the TCM Specialty Teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with DHHS TCM Manual and Medicaid/Medicare rules.
• Deliver in-service training and participate in agency-wide programs.
• Monitor performance measures and ensure timely paperwork and billing.
• Serve as liaison between Program Director and TCM teams and other departments.
