Medix Staffing Solutions, Inc. seeks a Supervising Social Worker / Clinical Lead for the CalAIM program in California.

You will lead a 10-15 person field-based team, delivering integrated clinical and managerial oversight to support Medi-Cal beneficiaries experiencing homelessness and complex health needs. The role blends leadership with direct practice: provide therapeutic support, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and ensure HIPAA-compliant care.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or Psychology is required.
• One year of intensive case management experience with vulnerable populations.
• Managerial or supervisory experience leading teams in social services.
• Experience in homelessness services and housing-related supports.
• Familiarity with HIPAA standards.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and support a multidisciplinary team of 10–15 field-based staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and crisis risk assessments.
• Coordinate services to help members maintain stable housing.
• Perform follow-ups on mental health and safety concerns.
• Document incidents and ensure timely reporting (within 24 hours).
