Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead - Site Activation Lead to join our Clinical Management team. You will coordinate site activation activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive study start-up timelines for biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma programs.

The role requires 5 years of clinical project leadership, strong ICH/GCP knowledge, and a proven track record of on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or international equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field preferred.
• 5 years professional experience as CL, RSM, PM, SSUA or equivalent.
• Strong leadership of a team across study start-up and other functions.
• Excellent knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and collaborates with functional leads to deliver site activation.
• Oversees strategic efforts to drive quality and timely site activations per contract.
• Leads Site ID Kick Off Meetings and attends kick-offs.
• Monitors client objectives, timelines, and start-up strategy.
• Reviews study budget and start-up scope; tracks risks and mitigations.
• Ensures data quality through CTMS during site activation and updates projections.
