The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a health-related field and at least 5 years of leadership in start-up settings. The base pay starts at $101,000 USD per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in clinical, science, or health-related field.
• Minimum 5 years professional experience as CL/RSM/PM or similar.
• Proven leadership of study start-up teams.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead site activation delivery and kickoff meetings.
• Oversee SSU and activation deliveries aligned to timeline.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to finalize country mix and site selection.
• Identify and escalate risks; propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor site activation status and report metrics weekly.
