Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead - Site Activation Lead to join our Clinical Management team. You will coordinate with functional leads to deliver site activation and oversee start-up activities, ensuring alignment with timelines and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 5 years professional experience in CL/RSM/PM or equivalent.
• Strong leadership of study start-up teams.
• Understanding of project budgets and timelines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with ICH/GCP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with functional leads to deliver site activation.
• Lead Site ID Kick Off meetings and review budgets.
• Oversee SSU and activation deliveries per timeline.
• Work with cross-functional teams to finalize country mix and site selection.
• Escalate risks, develop mitigation, and communicate with sponsors.
• Monitor CTMS data entry and provide delay rationales.
• Provide weekly updates to team and client.
