Job summary

Premier Research is seeking a Clinical Lead - Senior Site Activation Lead to join our Clinical Management team in the United States. You will coordinate site activation efforts across multiple functions, lead kickoff meetings, and oversee activation deliveries aligned with study timelines and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in CL/PM/SSUA roles, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of ICH/GCP.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level or equivalent in clinical, science, or health-related field.
Demonstrated leadership of teams in study start-up and cross-functional settings.
Strong understanding of project timelines, budgets, and client objectives.
Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Solid knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and collaborate with functional leads to deliver site activation.
Lead Site ID Kick Off Meetings and participate in relevant internal/external kick-offs.
Oversee SSU and activation deliveries aligned with study timeline and budget.
Finalize country mix and site selection with cross-functional teams.
Escalate risks with mitigation plans and drive data-informed decisions.
Ensure CTMS data entry quality through activation and provide timely delay justifications.
