Job summary

I Am Boundless in Columbus, OH is seeking a Clinical Lead, Residential Treatment to guide clinical and behavioral operations in our Residential Treatment programs. You will provide residential treatment, skill building, programming and behavioral health services with a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach for youth and young adults with autism, intellectual disabilities, and mental health diagnoses.

Qualifications

Master’s or Doctorate in a human services field (e.g., social work, counseling, health care, social services, education, psychology, behavior analysis).
Three or more years of experience providing clinical services for behavioral health needs.
Two+ years supervisory/management experience in human services or health care.
Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for behavioral health, ABA, disabilities, and autism.

Responsibilities

Lead clinical and behavioral operations in Residential Treatment programs.
Provide residential treatment, skill building, programming and behavioral health services.
Supervise and train Behavior Specialists, Clinic Coordinators, Residential Leadership, and Technicians.
Ensure services are high quality and fiscally responsible per policies and regulations.
