EXALT HEALTH REHABILITATION HOSPITAL DAYTONA LLC in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead clinical excellence across our inpatient rehabilitation program, partnering with the CEO to elevate patient care and outcomes. You will oversee nursing leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and strategic clinical initiatives.

Qualifications

• RN license and current, unencumbered; BLS required; ACLS required or preferred; CRRN preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; plan to obtain master’s degree within 7 years; education reimbursement up to $3,000/year.
• 3+ years of medical-surgical nursing experience; hospital supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and oversee nursing staff.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff; ensure adherence to policies.
• Lead quality, safety, and outcomes initiatives across the hospital.
• Develop and implement rehabilitation program strategies.
• Foster physician relations and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Lead clinical education and analytics for performance improvement.
