Job summary

Abbott in Plymouth, MN is seeking a Clinical Group Lead for the Product Performance Group. You will provide clinical and regulatory input for Electrophysiology, Heart Failure and Vascular product lines and lead a small team responsible for regulatory submissions.

You will develop rationales for reportability decisions, train staff, and maintain compliance across global regulatory reporting requirements. Travel about 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communications with ability to communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
• Ability to lead and manage a small team within a busy department.
• Experience with regulatory reporting and global compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the clinical and regulatory interface for EP, Heart Failure and Vascular lines.
• Lead a small team and drive regulatory submissions.
• Develop rationales for regulatory reportability decisions and train staff.
• Review and update procedures to maintain compliance and quality.
