Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Site Lead to drive execution and operational excellence across cardiovascular therapies, including vascular, CRM, EP, structural heart, and heart failure. You will nominate and qualify sites, train staff, monitor enrollment, and ensure data quality while complying with ICH-GCP and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and ~75% travel, including international assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, health science, nursing, or a related field.
• 2 years of progressively more responsible relevant clinical trial experience in the cardiovascular field.
• Competency in catheterization lab and operating room protocol and procedures.
• Ability to travel approximately 75%, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Drive study execution and operational excellence across Abbott Cardiovascular therapies.
• Lead site recruitment, data collection, and protocol adherence.
• Provide ongoing training to site stakeholders and ensure protocol compliance.
• Collaborate with Site Contracts Associate and operations management as needed.
