Harbor Health is seeking a Clinical Lead to oversee the Medical Assistant team in a new Dallas multi-specialty clinic. You will provide day-to-day leadership, mentor staff, and coordinate MA workflows to support high-quality patient care.

The role requires CMA certification, 4+ years in primary care with supervisory experience, and strong EHR proficiency. This on-site position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to shape clinic operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or ability to renew/apply for CMA license.
• Minimum of 4 years in primary care or similar clinical setting, with at least 1 year in lead/supervisory role.
• Current CPR certification.
• Demonstrated leadership with training/mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in entering data in EHR systems and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to Medical Assistant staff, including onboarding and training.
• Serve as primary contact for MA workflow questions, escalations, and scheduling needs.
• Collaborate with clinical team and leadership to execute care tasks as ordered by providers.
• Monitor team performance and workflows, giving feedback to improve quality and efficiency.
• Develop, implement, and enforce clinic policies and MA protocols.
• Deliver care per each member's individualized care plan.
• Perform client intake, collect lab specimens, and administer immunizations.
