Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Lead Project Manager for a 6-month contract-to-hire engagement in Massachusetts. The role is remote hybrid with 25% travel, supporting Oracle Health PowerChart deployments for acute and ambulatory care settings.

You will oversee design, configuration, validation, and governance of clinical workflows, templates, and documentation across departments, ensuring regulatory compliance and successful go-live. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of clinical operations or clinical informatics experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Health PowerChart in inpatient and ambulatory settings.
• Deep understanding of acute care and ambulatory workflows, including documentation, order entry, medication administration, and care coordination.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation standards, regulatory compliance, and patient safety protocols.
• Strong knowledge of clinical system optimization, dynamic documentation, and provider adoption strategies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design, configuration, validation, and deployment of Oracle Health PowerChart and clinical modules.
• Serve as liaison between clinical stakeholders, Oracle Health, and leadership; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop workflows for ADT, medication administration, order entry, documentation, and care coordination.
• Configure templates, PowerForms, iView, and PowerPlans for specialty workflows.
• Align with clinical authority structures across nursing, physician, and ancillary roles.
• Design/validate workflows for ED, clinics, and inpatient units; include behavioral health transitions.
• Collaborate with pharmacy, lab, radiology, and ancillary teams to integrate workflows.
• Lead HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, ADA, and MA privacy Compliance.
• Lead clinical validation testing: unit, system, integration, UAT; translate workflows to test scenarios.
• Sign off on clinical acceptance; support post-live smoke testing.
