Job summary

AllCare GA Clinics is seeking a Provider Clinical Lead (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide day-to-day clinical leadership within the provider pod while maintaining direct patient care. This role partners with Practice Managers to align clinical and operational priorities and to support provider onboarding, coaching, and policy interpretation.

You will oversee multiple providers across locations and drive quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license in GA.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in primary care, pediatric care, urgent care, family medicine, or ambulatory setting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead peers and influence change in a team-based environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coach and elevate concerns.
• Experience with onboarding, peer mentoring, education, or training support.
• Familiarity with clinical protocols, scope-of-practice requirements, and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, onboarding support, provider coaching, and issue escalation.
• Partner with Practice Managers to align clinical and operational priorities and ensure success of providers.
• Lead chart reviews, quality monitoring, and escalation of trends to drive pod-level improvement.
