Job summary

AllCare GA is seeking a Provider Clinical Lead (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to guide day-to-day clinical operations for an assigned provider pod in its Atlanta clinics. You will ensure high-quality, evidence-based care while supporting clinical policy interpretation and provider practice support.

The role involves collaboration with Practice Managers, onboarding of new providers, and coaching on workflows, documentation, and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP or PA license and authorization to practice in Georgia.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or family medicine.
• Demonstrated ability to lead peers and influence change in a team-based environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coach and elevate concerns.
• Experience with provider onboarding, mentoring, or training support.
• Familiarity with clinical protocols and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day clinical leadership for an assigned provider pod with direct patient care.
• Partner with Practice Managers to align clinical and operational priorities.
• Support provider onboarding, workflows, and documentation improvements.
• Coach peers on workflows, documentation, protocol adherence, and training needs.
• Lead implementation of new workflows, service lines, and provider support initiatives.
