Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling is required.
• Post-Master’s experience in a mental health setting preferred.
• Licensed in Ohio (LISW/LPCC) or board eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct clinical care in Mental Crisis Services.
• Oversee care coordination, pre-screening, assessments and crisis interventions.
• Provide clinical support and educate the Behavioral Crisis Services team.
• Assist with operating and capital budgets and staff performance appraisals.
• Identify opportunities to improve staff engagement and patient satisfaction.
